最近、多くなっている米粉を入れてモチモチさせているのが受けているようです。
もしかしたら麹でどぶろく作ってそれをタネにしているかも。
天然酵母とはいえちょっと値段設定が高めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼きカレーパン、オレンジピール食パン、ハイジのチーズを食べました。どれも焼きたてホカホカで、美味しかったです。団地内のスーパーが閉店したため､土日の昼食用に利用しています。
I ate baked curry bread, orange peel bread, and Heidi cheese. All were freshly baked and delicious. Since the supermarket in the housing complex has closed, we are using it for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おいしいくてすごく好きなんですが、わりと早い時間に行っても品切で買えないことがけっこうあります…あまりたくさん作れないような事情があるのかも知れないですが。Twitterとかライブカメラなんかで在庫状況がわかると、行ってガッカリが無くなるからいいなと思います。
It's delicious and I really like it, but there are quite a few things that I can't buy because it's out of stock even if I go early ... maybe there are circumstances where I can't make too many. If you can see the stock status on Twitter or live camera, I think it's good because you can go and get rid of disappointment.
