Some are super nice but others were super condescending to me as a non fluent Japanese speaker and seemed to not even make a basic effort in communicating. No material in English or any other language either. Quite a bad choice for a bank, if you’re not Japanese, at least. 私は外国人なので、銀行員は私に非常に無礼でした。私の日本が流暢じゃないので、銀行員は私に話してみなかった。ちょっとびっくりしました。 Some are super nice but others were super condescending to me as a non fluent Japanese speaker and seemed to not even make a basic effort in communicating. No material in English or any other language either. Quite a bad choice for a bank, if you are not not Japanese, at least. Bank employees were very rude to me, because I am a foreigner. Because my Japanese is not fluent, the bank clerk did not talk to me. I was a little surprised.

西	西原龍太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分が訪問する数日前に営業を終了。店舗自体は名掛丁支店内に存続しているそうです。残念ながらATMは上記支店か仙台駅構内（1階か3階）のを使う事になります。自分の体験談でした。 Closed a few days before my visit. It seems that the store itself remains in the Nagakcho branch. Unfortunately, ATMs use the above branch or Sendai Station (1st or 3rd floor). It was my own experience.
