★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人で撮ったのがどうも暗い印象になってしまったので初めて写真館で撮影しました。想像以上に、素晴らしかったです。何枚も撮っていただき自分の好みを選ぶのですが、顔の明るさと表情の印象も断然よく撮れました。最後に1980円の美肌修正をしてみましたが凄く変わって驚きでした‼︎是非お勧めです。
It was a dark impression to take it alone, so I took it at the photo studio for the first time. It was better than I imagined. I asked them to take many pictures and chose their own taste, but the brightness of the face and the impression of facial expressions were definitely taken. Finally, I tried to fix the beautiful skin for 1980 yen, but it changed a lot and I was surprised! ︎ I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転職活動用の証明写真をこちらで撮影して頂きました。撮影前日にネット予約をしたにも関わらず翌日お店では撮影から印刷までとてもスムーズで仕上がりも非常に綺麗で満足しています。平日に来店したのもあると思うのですが撮影した後すぐに修正に取り掛かってくださり来店から数十分後には印刷した写真持ち帰ることが出来ました。店舗も池袋駅東口から近く利用しやすいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。就活用の写真を撮る予定でした。電話で予約した際にヘアメイクも込みのコースにしたいのですが…とお伝えしたところ「全て当日コースはお伺いしています」とおっしゃったため、当日はメイクはせず来店しました。当日伺うと「ヘアメイク込みの予約はされていない」と伝えられ本日はヘアメイク込みの撮影はできないと言われました。言ってることが全くもってチグハグでした。全て対応していたのは60代くらいの眼鏡の男性でしたが、ヘアメイクの件も電話で伝えた旨を話したところ、「いや、伺っていない」と最初に謝罪もなく言い訳されていたので本当に気分が悪かったです。説明してる際もキレ気味で説明されて、意味が分からないです。こんな対応されると思っていませんでした。本社に連絡したいレベルです。

When I visited on the day, I was told that "I haven't made a reservation for hair and makeup," and I was told that I couldn't shoot with hair and makeup today. What I was saying was totally crazy. It was a man with glasses in his 60s who responded to all of them, but when I told him that he had told me about hair and makeup over the phone, he was initially excused without apology saying, "No, I haven't asked." I was really sick. Even when I explain it, it is explained sharply and I do not understand the meaning. I didn't expect this to be done. This is the level at which you want to contact the head office.
