駐車場らしきところが無いので訪問しにくい所ですが、JR四日市駅からのウォーキングコースになっているようですが、歩く人は少ないんじゃないでしょうか？
問題の記念碑ですが、長い歴史を感じられるものです。
周辺も小さいながら整備されており、市民の憩いの場・・・・とはなっていないようで、ちょっと残念な感じを受けます。

It is a difficult place to visit because there is no parking lot, but it seems that it is a walking course from JR Yokkaichi Station, but there are not many people walking.
It's a monument to the problem, but it has a long history.
Although the surrounding area is small, it is well maintained, and it does not seem to be a place for citizens to relax, which makes me feel a little disappointed.
