開業してすぐは大町にあり、区画整理のため2年で移転を余儀なくされる。
その当時の大町にはバスターミナルがあり、大層賑わっていたそうだ。
早速、ビールをお願いしてツマミを頼む。
野菜炒め。
日本の昔の中華屋さんは、とにかく仕事が丁寧で、もやしのひげ根が一本一本掃除してあってね、手際よく中華鍋で炒めるわけですよ。
シャキッとした野菜の表面に油がまわり、上品な味付けがまた嬉しい。
そして王道の中華そば、チャーハン。
スープ代わりにお願いしたワンタンも理想的な具と皮で、寒い夜にはぴったりの〆だった。
