★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店、セブンイレブンの直営店かと思っていたら、フランチャイズ加盟店でした。
そしてこの店のオーナーは、同ビル内に大量顧客を抱えていることにあぐらをかく最低の輩ですね。
namacoチャージのお釣りを渡して貰えず、翌日に取りに行ったらマネージャーから「申し訳ありませんでした」の一言だけ。開き直った態度で全く謝罪の姿勢無し。
確証がないので断定は出来ませんが、・・・レジ対応したバイトの方はホントにタダの渡し忘れだったの？と思ってしまいます。
お店のほうも狭いし、昼の大渋滞はやむを得ないとしても、13時以降の商品補充も遅いし、商品を並べる店員が邪魔で店内の通路を塞いでいても、何も言わない。
二度とこの店は使いません。

Even if the store is smaller, the traffic jam in the daytime is unavoidable, the replenishment of goods after 13:00 is slow, and even if the clerk arranging the products blocks the passage inside the store, it does not say anything.
I will never use this store again.
