電話に出ない、インターホンを鳴らしても出ない、電話は100回近く鳴らしてようやく繋がりました。高圧的だし二度と行きたくありません。
The teachers are nice, but the receptionists are all the worst.
I couldn't answer the phone, I couldn't answer even if I rang the intercom, and the phone rang nearly 100 times and finally connected. It's high pressure and I don't want to go there again.

予約の意味を考え、やり方を見直した方が良い。
先生が良いから星一つ追加。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はすごく優しく話しやすいです。でもそれと裏腹に受付の人は威圧的な態度で上から目線でとても恐怖を感じます。診察終わって会計だけなのに受付のひとがずっと喋ってます。予約もして来たのに後から来た人にどんどん抜かされます。月一なので我慢しますが初診の方にはおすすめできません。
The teacher is very kind and easy to talk to. However, on the contrary, the receptionist has an intimidating attitude and feels very scared from above. The person at the reception is talking all the time even though the examination is over and only the accounting is done. Even though I made a reservation, people who came later will be overtaken more and more. It's monthly, so I'll put up with it, but I don't recommend it for the first visit.

めちゃくちゃ優しいし、こちらの悩みや話を真剣に聞いて下さる。
目を見てというより、耳でさりげなくこちらが話やすいように目をずらして聞いて下さり、でもしっかり聞きながら頷いてくれます。
そして説明の際もしっかりとてもわかりやすくしてくれます。
話し方はゆっくり丁寧に穏やか。
質問や悩みをきちんと聞いてくれているので、一つ一つ答えてくれます。
こんなに安心し、信頼できる先生がそばにいてくれて安心してこの地域に住めます。
院内もとても清潔、皆さん優しいです。
待ちはありますが、待てます。
大好きな病院、先生です。
今まで出会った先生でダントツNO,1です！
