騙された。
挙句の果てに担当者が辞めて引き継ぎもなく、泣き寝入りするしかありませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日最終の引き渡しが終わりました。
営業の方対応はピカイチでしたが現場監督の対応が微妙というか頼りない。
指摘しても直っていない。工程表から大幅に遅れても連絡なし。
営業の方がうまく立ち回ってくれたので納得いくものができました。
施工にきてる業者の方も親切な方が多く良かったです。
現場監督の対応の分でマイナス１です。
The final delivery was finished the other day.
The response from the sales staff was perfect, but the response from the on-site supervisor is subtle or unreliable.
Even if I point it out, it has not been fixed. No contact even if there is a significant delay from the schedule.
The sales people went around well, so I was satisfied with it.
It was good that many of the contractors who came to the construction were kind.
It is minus 1 due to the response of the on-site supervisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらから連絡するまで定期点検にすらきません定期点検に来ても不具合を申し出ても1年以上放置され連絡なし！対応もなし！知り合いもヤマイチで家を建てたのですが同じような事がありました。家を売ってしまえば終わりのような対応です。
後悔しか残っていません。
I can't even do regular inspections until I contact you. Even if you come to regular inspections or report a problem, it will be left unattended for over a year and no contact will be made! No correspondence! An acquaintance also built a house in Yamaichi, but the same thing happened. Once you sell your house, it's like the end.
I only have regrets.

知ったかぶり、調子の良いことはグイグイ来るのに、提案があやふや、問題がおきたら上司と相談するといい、連絡途絶える！
まったくの素人の集団。
家はまぁ値段に対してこんなものか？って物！！
ツレの家のが安くても、良いものに見える。
