★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、遠方にいる妻の誕生日の1週間ほど前に花キューピットでアレンジ花を依頼したところ、当日に地元の花屋から商品が届かず2日後に宅配便で届きました。それに輪をかけてアレンジ花の水が漏れて箱の下が傷み花もダンスした状態でした。この店に1)誕生日当日に花キューピットで頼んだのに来なかった。2)花キューピットでのはずが遅延も宅配の連絡も無く勝手に変えられた。3)梱包の仕方が悪く花が暴れて水が漏れていた。画像を見せて3点を苦情を言ったところ簡単なお詫びで作り直しか返金もなかった。こうなった理由もこちらが怒れない様な信憑性に欠けるものでした。5つ星では絶対ないお店です。
A few years ago, about a week before the birthday of my distant wife, I asked for a flower arrangement in the flower cupid, but I could not receive the item from the local florist on the day, and it arrived by courier two days later. I put a ring on it and the water of the arranged flowers leaked, the bottom of the box was damaged, and the flowers were dancing. 1) I asked for it in the flower cupid on the day of my birthday, but I didn't come. 2) It was supposed to be in the Hana Cupid, but I was able to change it without any delay or delivery notice. 3) The packaging was bad and the flowers were violent and water was leaking. When I showed the image and complained about 3 points, I made a simple apology and only refunded it. The reason for this was that I didn't have the credibility that I wouldn't get angry. It's definitely not a 5 star shop.
