自分は前者で、状況を理解するのに時間が掛かりましたが、看板を熟読していなかったので自己責任です。
急いでいてもしっかり内容を確認しないといけない、という教訓を教えてくれたありがたい駐車場です。

利用時は約款をよく読まないと、すぐ隣りの方が安かった！、なんてことになります。
私の知る限りでは2021年8月時点で、夜間（20時以降）最安値だと思います（300円）。
