雪	雪ねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの方面に仕事で来る時によく使わさせてもらっています。雰囲気も良く食事も美味しいです。ですがこの前昼頃にホテルを利用しようと寄った際明るかったのもあり準備中という電子版の文字に気付かず入室してしまい(鍵もかかっていませんでした)そのまま部屋を出て良いのか分からず念の為フロントに電話したところ、受付の方が「準備中と書いてなかったですか!?空いてる部屋は〇〇号室と〇〇号室しか空いてません!」と怒鳴られてとても困惑しました。間違って入った私が悪いのは承知ですが何も言わず出て言っていいのか聞きたくて電話しただけであそこまで怒鳴る必要はあったのかと疑問になりました。スタッフはとても愛想の良い方が多いイメージでしたのでとても残念に思います。あくまで私はお客、受付の方は仕事な訳でこちらの不手際とはいえ普通に質問してるのに対して不機嫌そうに怒鳴るのは違うと思います。 I often use it when I come to this area for work.
