騒音のクレームの際には笑っていたり、水漏れの時も業者を呼ばず、自分たちで適当に対応している。

Extremely unpleasant. Too selfish and discriminatory. Ignore the phone when it gets awkward. Furthermore, it was laughing that the property in question was immediately deleted from the internet.
