★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時に受信料の住所変更の書類でトラブルがあり、取立てがきたため確認してもらったところ「書類に書いてもらった番号が違う」と最初言われた。しかし実際には変更届自体を入居してから2ヶ月経っても放送局に送っていないことがまずそもそも原因だと後日連絡が来た。なんでそれ先に言わないんだろう？
番号も記入した控には正しく記載されているのに何故？と電話にて伝えたら、合わせて修正しますとひたすら謝るだけの会話。もう変更届は提出したので大丈夫です、と言ってからこの度引っ越すことになり放送局に連絡したところ、確認しても出てこない。結果、電話番号は修正されていなかった。口だけで残念です。
