使用するときは1日券が多いのですが管理者がホッチキスで止めてくれます。個人的にはホッチキスなんて誰もができる仕事なので、自転車を上に上げる作業を手伝ってくれたほうが非常に助かります。
(これで給料もらってたら楽な仕事ですよね…)
自分のママチャリは前にあとづけするタイプの自転車になります。
上に上げるときもあります。
そんなときにホッチキス止めが終わってブラブラしている管理者を見るとえ…ってなります。
券を買ったかチェックするのに必要な作業だとおっしゃるかもしれませんが、
毎日見回りしていれば当日券や定期マークがない自転車を見つけるのは容易いと思います。
容赦なく専用の鍵をつけて罰金を課し、取りに来なければ区の方で
リサクルで販売してしまってもいいと思います。
