★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地蔵立像は、尊像の右に「松屋妙貞禅定尼霊位」、左に「天保六戌年十月廿二日」と刻まれています。台座の正面には、「三界万霊 三谷女念仏講中」、右面に「天保三辰年閏十一月 右リ(ヨリの合字ヵ)世田ヶ谷堀之内道」、左面に「武州荏原郡弦巻村 願主鈴木猪□□ 左リ大山道 世話人近藤定右衛門 □□□□壱り程」と刻まれています。「世田谷区石造遺物報告書Ⅳ」に道標として分類されています。馬頭観音と刻まれた石塔は、造立年不明です。
The statue of Jizo is engraved on the right of the statue, "Matsuya Myosenzen Zenninsho", and on the left, "Tenbo 6th October, October 2nd." In front of the pedestal is "Sankai Manrei Mitani Onenbutsu Kochu", on the right side is "Tempo Sanshin Leap November, right right (letter's ligature) Setagaya Horinouchi Road", and on the left side is "Bushu Ebara" Gunzuru, Gunma, Suzuki Ino □□, Saori Oyamado, caretaker Kondo Joemon, □□□□ Ichigo, " It is classified as a guidepost in the Setagaya-ku Stone Relic Report IV.
