とにかく減量のためほぼ毎日プールでウォーキングをはじめて３ヶ月たった頃鍼灸師のひとに首と足がカチカチに固まっていたのがすごく柔らかくなったと言われました。むくみが減ったかも。

コーチは男女問わず皆さん良い方でレッスン自体には満足していました。
しかし、女児のトイレの付き添い・介助を男性スタッフがおこなっていたことを知り、そのことがどうしても納得できずに退会いたしました。
事前にそのような説明があれば入会しなかったのでとても残念です。

The coaches were good for both men and women and were happy with the lessons themselves.
However, I learned that the male staff was attending and assisting the girl's toilet, and I was unsuccessful, so I resigned.
I am very sorry because I did not join if there was such an explanation in advance.
