午後に行くとまた改めて午前中来るように勧められたり時間がかかったりわかりにくかったりすることがまれによくあります。←

初診で9時頃来院して50分くらいかかりました。初診は予約無しで行くそうです。
薬局での待ち時間も合わせると1時間以上はかかるので仕事が休みの日に行くといいと思います。

対応がスムーズじゃなくてかなり待たされます。受付から接種して15分院内で待機全て合わせて、50分掛かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中区のとしわ会に家族ぐるみでお世話になっています。先生たちはとても良い印象なのですが…受付の女性達がかなり印象悪いです。ものの言い方も態度もキツいです。第一印象、その場の顔ともいえる受付があれでは、ね。看護師さんたちは明るくて良い方々なのに、そこの教育はされてないんでしょうか？とても残念でなりません。
様々な患者さんが来られるので、対応は大変だとおもいますが、それはどんな職場も同じ。私飲食店で働いていますが本当に人様相手には苦労します。けれど笑顔はなるべく維持！頑張っていただきたいところです。
