★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リーフの試乗に申し込みをしてから、その後パンフレットが送られてきたのはいいけど、名前を間違えて送られてきた。それもあり得ない間違え方だった。さすがにむかついたのでそこには二度と行かない。
It's nice that the pamphlet was sent after I applied for the test drive of the Leaf, but it was sent with the wrong name. That was also an impossible mistake. I was so upset that I would never go there again.

あまりいい印象がありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/28車検が終わったとの連絡があったので約束の17時より早く来店。出迎え無し、(それはいいとして)、店舗来店時いらっしゃいませもなし！白の上着着た受付嬢2名居たが、入口から入ってきた私を見て掛け声すらかけないので自分から車検が終わったので車を取りに来たというありさま。いらっしゃいませも言えないなら居る意味無し。逆に不愉快。まだAIロボット人形の方が使える。カード払いで車検代払ったが、税務の処理があるので領収書くださいと言ったら、「封筒の中に納品書入ってます」じゃねーよ。くっすと笑うようなしぐさにはマジ腹立った。ちゃんと教育してくれ。今回対応した整備士の対応が良かったから星5！受付嬢二人はマイナス評価！営業含めて全体で星2！
9/28 I was informed that the vehicle inspection was over, so I came to the store earlier than the promised 17:00. No welcoming, (as good as it is), no welcome when visiting the store! There were two receptionists in white jackets, but they didn't even shout at me when they came in from the entrance, so they came to pick up the car because the car inspection was over. If you can't say welcome, there's no point in being there. On the contrary, it is unpleasant. AI robot dolls can still be used. I paid the car inspection fee by card payment, but when I asked for a receipt because there is tax processing, it is not "the delivery note is in the envelope". I was really angry at the laughing gesture. Please educate me properly. The mechanic who responded this time was good, so 5 stars! Two receptionists are negatively evaluated! 2 stars in total including sales!
