高齢の方に説明は通じているのだろうか？

ナースのかたはじめ、スタッフの皆さんもとても優しいです。先生は、腕も確かです！目薬は、自分で必要だと思う数だけ貰うようにしてます。ただ、時間によっては、待ち時間が長くなるし、クリニックビルなので、車がなかなか止められないので、☆4つにしました。

対応はとても良いので、大変残念。
