周囲に円筒埴輪が等間隔で並べて置かれていました。
この時期は、緑が綺麗です。
この古墳のすぐ隣には、昔の住居が復元されています。
竪穴式住居、高床式住居、平地式住居の3棟があります。
これらの建物は、歴史体験学習の一環として、市内の小中学生の協力で復元されたようです。
関係はありませんが、この建物の近くに、3匹の猫がいました。
人懐っこくてとても可愛かったです。ただ、野良猫なので怪我をしていて心配です。
