★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルのロビーフロアにあるレストランです。ホテル内には他に洋食や鉄板焼、日本料理等のレストランがあります。
大変失礼ながら、正直な所、それ程期待せずにメニューを選び注文したのですが、良い意味で期待が裏切られました。
酸辣湯麺を頼みましたが、あんかけに遮られ、湯気は出ていないのですが、最後まで熱々でした。酸味のバランスも丁度良く、味も満足です。スープに沈んでいて気付かなかったのですが、食べ進めて気付いたのは、意外と具沢山なこと。
醤油や辛子、酢等の調味料は、小袋入りの小分けの物が置かれていましたが、使用後のゴミ(小袋)を置いておく為の小皿も用意され、細かい気遣いを感じます。
また、春巻を頼んだ所、コロナ禍でテーブル上には透明プラスチックの間仕切りが置かれており、同行者とシェアするのが難しいと考えていましたが、始めから取り分けた状態でサーブして下さいました。その辺りの気配りは、さすがホテル内のレストランです。
リーズナブルなランチメニューから、コース料理、まで揃っており、中華の定番、フカヒレ、アワビ、北京ダックもあります。他にもメニューが揃っており、選ぶのに迷う程です。
都内のホテル内レストランと比べれば、ランチメニューは比較的リーズナブルです。
This restaurant is located on the lobby floor of the hotel. There are other restaurants in the hotel such as Western food, Teppanyaki, and Japanese food.
To be honest, I chose the menu and ordered it without much expectation, but I was disappointed in a good way.
I ordered hot and sour soup noodles, but it was blocked by ankake and there was no steam, but it was hot until the end. The balance of sourness is just right, and the taste is also satisfactory. I didn't notice it because it was sunk in the soup, but as I continued to eat it, I noticed that there were a lot of ingredients.
For seasonings such as soy sauce, mustard, and vinegar, small sachets were placed, but small plates for storing used garbage (small sachets) are also available, and I feel a little care.
Also, when I asked for Harumaki, I thought it would be difficult to share it with my companion because there was a transparent plastic partition on the table due to the corona virus, but I served it in a state where it was set aside from the beginning. Thank you. Attention to that area is truly the restaurant inside the hotel.
From reasonably priced lunch menus to course meals, there are also classic Chinese dishes such as shark fin, abalone and Peking duck. There are other menus as well, so it's hard to choose.
The lunch menu is relatively reasonable compared to the hotel restaurants in Tokyo.

スーラ～湯麺は美味しい。ただし、熱いからやけどに注意です。
One dish was also offered in half size.
Surah-tanmen is delicious. However, be careful not to get burned because it is hot.
