★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 末期ガンで余命宣告を受けていた母の、介護保険等について相談に行った。若い女性の職員に、母の状態を説明すると、「酷いですね！」と大笑いされた。終始ヘラヘラ笑われ、不愉快だった。確かに亡くなる前で、途轍もなく大変な身体状況だったが、あの時笑われた事で心が折れた。結局、要介護5で認定されて間もなく、母は亡くなったので、介護保険を利用することはなかったが、此処での女性職員のあの対応は、一生忘れないと思う。人間としての心がない。
I consulted with my mother, who had been sentenced to life for terminal cancer, about nursing care insurance. When I explained my mother's condition to a young female employee, she laughed a lot. It was unpleasant because she was laughing all the time. Certainly, I was in a serious physical condition before I died, but I was laughed at that time and my heart broke. Eventually, my mother died shortly after being certified as requiring long-term care 5, so I never used nursing care insurance, but I think I will never forget that female employee's response here. There is no human heart.
