介護保険施設での活動や保育所等での活動の補助などをします。
六十五歳以上の方が対象となっています。
高齢者の外出の機会の増加や社会参加の推進を図ることで、介護予防や生きがいづくりをめざした活動です。
私はまだまだ元気なので、何かしらの役に立てればと思い登録しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅内にあり、交通量も少ないし、道幅もあり一方通行で、歩道もありました。館は、こじんまりして、職員(男性)の方が付いて頂き、丁寧に指導してくださいました。
