店頭やインターネット上の広告では25㎡もしくは35㎡と異なる広さの記載された同室の図面があった為、内見時や申し込みの手続きの中で何度か確認した所、「狭い数値の図面は表記ミスなので大丈夫です」という旨の連絡があったのでそのまま申し込みを進めていました。
ところが、契約日当日になって、重要事項説明書では25㎡となっており、実際には約10㎡も広さを詐称していた事が発覚しました。
発覚した当日に店頭の貼ってあった広さを詐称している図面について尋ねた所、「あえて訂正せず載せている」との事でした。（このやり取りは録音しております）本件に対する誠意のある対応は見受けられず、連絡もないまま放置されています。
