★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日の強風で実家の雨樋が外れて修理依頼しました。火災保険が使える事もアドバイスいただき助かりました。
屋根に上がった際に雨漏りの危険性があると写真で見せてもらったところ、穴が空いていましたのでそこも別途修理いただきました。
いくつか見積もりを取る際には選択肢に入れておいて損はないと思います。
最後に親方の似顔絵はそっくりです。看板に偽りなしということで。

毎日の作業予定もわかるようにボードに書いてあり安心できました。
壁以外も柱なども提案いただいてきれい塗ってもらい、古い家ですがさらに愛着がわきました。

要望を伝え、家の現状写真を加えた資料をいただき、いくつかのプランを提案していただきました。丁寧な説明を聞きこちらに決めました。
工事期間前には、ご近所さんへのあいさつ回りも日程表を添付し、丁寧にしていただけました。
工事期間に入ってからも、毎日、進捗が逐次わかり、職人さんの丁寧な対応をかんじることができました。
工事途中で見つかった雨樋の割れも快く対応していただけました。
できあがりは、新築のような輝きを感じることができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のかたのレビューにもあったのですが、他の業者は梯子も使わずさらっと見て見積りを出していましたが、レインボーさんは梯子を使って丁寧に見てくれて、自分が気がついていない外壁の汚れ、傷などを踏まえた提案をしてもらいました。
仕上がりもまずまずで、綺麗に仕上がりよかったと思います。
色々トラブルもありましたが、誠実に対応してもらい、これからのアフターフォローも安心してお任せできる塗装屋さんだと思います。

施行中もホワイトボードの工程表で進み具合も把握でき、顔を合わせれば笑顔で挨拶してくださる職人さんにもとても好感が持てました^ ^
塗装完了後に親方自ら確認に来てくださり最後に細かいゴミ拾いまでしていかれて、プロ意識の高さに驚きました。
外壁の仕上がりには大大大満足です！
20年後の塗り替えはまたレインボーさんにお願いしようと思います^ ^
