★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車のメーカーオプションつけ忘れるとビックリしました。その分値引きしてもらいましたが。店長が営業マンのせいにするのは会社としてどうかな？対応は良いので少し残念です。
I was surprised that I forgot to attach the manufacturer option of the new car. I got a discount by that amount. How about the company blaming the sales staff for the store manager? I am a little disappointed because the correspondence is good.

「そんなの一個だけ頼めない」
「ユニット丸ごと交換です」と
受付の若いウルフカットの男性言われしぶしぶ帰りました。
どうも納得いかなかったので
近くの日産ディーラーに行ったらあっさり120円ほどで売ってくれました。
（日産と三菱の軽自動車のパーツは同じ部品使ってることが多いので）
受付には何人か他のスタッフいたしトンチンカンな回答も聞こえてるはずなのにパソコン触って見てみぬふり
普通は他のスタッフがフォローしたりすると思うのですが…
あと椅子から立ち上がりもしないで
「車検証持ってきてもらっていいですか？」って
作業を止めずに下向きながら聞くやり方嫌いでした。
「ちょっと車検証見てもいいですか？」って立ち上がって一緒に車を見に行こうとするお店がいいですね
新潟市西区で三菱の軽自動車直すなら日産がオススメですよ。
