待ち時間もあまりなく、診察をしてくれた先生もとても優しく話をして下さり、こちらの希望に沿った投薬をしてくれました。
小さな子どもと一緒だったので、オシャレで落ち着いた雰囲気のところ申し訳なかったですが、無事に診察を終えることができて助かりました。
ありがとうございました。

(以前通っていたときに気になる点は全くなかったので;)
こちらには乳腺のしこりを診てもらうために大分昔に通院していました。
今回久々にお伺いしましたが、個人的には何も問題はありませんでした。
他の方の口コミを見て『え？本当に？？』という印象です。
(他の皆さますみません(・・;))
確かに混んではおりますが、診察・検査の回転が早いので以前(大分昔ですが…)よりも待ち時間は少なくなっているという印象です。
院内や検査着も気になるところはありませんでした。
検査も診察も早いけれども雑ではなく、丁寧です。
私は乳腺のしこりが本当に多いので、エコー検査は大変だっただろうと思います…。
また、回転が早いからこそ少しサバサバしている印象を人によっては受けるかもしれませんが
『診察・検査に時間をかける、スタッフ皆ニコニコ＝良い・的確な医療、良い病院』
ではないと個人的に思っているので、私にとっては丁度良い距離感、スピードです。
院内もシックな作りだから余計にサバサバしてるイメージをもたれやすいんですかね…？？
久々に診ていただいて、経過観察で今のところは大丈夫とのことでしたので、今後はちゃんと定期的にお伺いさせていただきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近初めて診察受診をしに伺って数回経ちました。感染対策や患者さんの応対はスムーズで良い印象があります。ただ、診察の回転がスムーズな分、毎回担当医師が変わります。その為、先生によって丁寧に説明する先生や、説明があまりなく淡々と診察が済んでしまう先生で差がついてしまう印象を受けました。
こちらに受診してから…やはり、自分の体のこともあるので今後は同じ担当医師で、丁寧に診察対応をして下さる産婦人科を探していきたいと思いました。

受付の方々は、なんの為にいるのか。。。。
しかも結構な上から目線で、、、、、、
医療系のクチコミサイトでもかなり評判が悪いから行かなくてよかった。
本当に最低なスタッフばかり。不愉快でたまらない。星もつけたくないが。。。。
ここの受付が、たぶん高卒以下のコミュ症、
一度でいいから、皆さん！電話か現場に見学してください！！！まじでやばい！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検診で伺いました。院内は綺麗で静かですし、検査も早いです。気になるほどではありませんが対応は人によります。淡々としてる方と、愛想のある方の差が大きいです。気になったのは、会計時にお金を置くトレーに普段通りにお金を置きました。するとお釣りをトレーでは無く、だいぶ離れた所に置かれたので驚きました。私から見て、左に空のトレー、中央に領収書、右の何も無い所にお釣り、というふうに並んでました…。書類の記入を促され書いている時もダルそうに待っているように見え、印象がよくありませんでした。
また、次回の予約をとった際にその予約が書かれた紙を貰うのですが、片手で渡されたので、ラフだなぁ〜と思いました。対応してくださった方は受付慣れていない方だったのなのかなぁと思っていますが、改善出来そうであればその方がいいかもしれないですね。勿体ないな〜と思いました。

受付の方数名に以前の検査結果を大声で言われました。
そこまで大声で騒ぐのはやめてほしいと言ったところ、そうなんですね！ごめんなさーい！と言われました。
そうなんですねとは？
検診に来ただけでここまで不快に感じたのは初めてです。
終始不安な気持ちを煽るような対応で、悔しくて泣きそうでした。
二度と利用しませんし、クリニックの名前も見たくありません。

女医さんが終始高圧的な態度でデリカシーの欠片もありません。ちゃんとどんな症状でどこに異常があってを口頭で伝えているにもかかわらずコートどけて！指でさして！と強く言われ服を着て座っている状態でどうやって指せばいいのでしょうか。診察も初め指で確認されましたが雑でものすごく痛かったです。かと思えばいきなり器具をいれられ、中が傷ついて血が出ました。症状についても大した説明はなく早口で何を言ってるのかも分かりませんでした。こんなところは初めてです。トラウマになりました。クチコミを見てから行けばよかったです。星一も付けたくないです。もう行きません。

先生は毎回変わったけど、きちんと対応してもらえました。
問題は受付。
仕切り屋が1人いて、他の方に話しかけてもその方を押しのけるように出てくる。
別の病気のせいでうまく手が動かず、代筆を頼んでも嫌な顔をするだけ。
検診(公費)と同じ日に自費で別の検診を受けられないか質問したら、そんなことも知らないのかよと言いたげな顔でバカにするように話す。
長々話すが可能か不可能かは明言せず、出来ますかと問い直しても同じ話をするだけ。
その間、急に具合が悪くなったと人が来たが今日は予約で埋まっているから無理だと医師に確認もせずに追い返す。
駅からも近く、医師も検査技師もいいのだが二度と行かない。
知り合いに聞かれたから、見た通りのことを話したら呆れていた。
オーナーさん、受付がどんな対応しているのか監視カメラでもつけてチェックしてください!
