★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生初めてのマツエクをしに行きました。新規はホットペーパーの得点で料金が税込になります。1ヶ月以内に再来の場合前回付けたものの修正もしてくれるようです。説明は丁寧で、接客も問題ないです。店内の清潔感もまずまず。他のサロンに行ったことがないのでわかりませんが数台のベッドがあって、白い上から垂れ下がっている紐のようなもので何となく仕切られているような感じで個室という感じではなかったです。施術は早くて丁寧だったと思います。隣はネイルサロンでポイントカードも共有できるようです。全体的には良い印象だったので1ヶ月以内にまた行こうと思いますが、ビルがどうにも古いもので、エレベーターのボタンを押しても行き先が光らず、現在階が光る感じでちゃんと着くのかちょっと焦りました。ちゃんと着きました。

横浜駅から離れた立地にあるので少し道に迷い
電話で道を伺ったのですが急いでいたのか分かりませんが、あまりにも急かすような電話対応で驚きました。
施術の際も、店員さん同士の大きな会話が目立ちとても気になりました。また担当していただいた方のタバコの匂いが非常に強くマスク越しでも伝わるほどで、かなり気分が悪くなりました。
120本のコースだったのですがもう半分以上取れている状態です。正直仕上がりも良くなくリピートはしません。
堂々とスマホを弄っていたりと、同じ接客業をしているものですが、カウンセリングや電話の接客態度等とても信じられませんでした。

オススメのポイントはクオリティとコスパ。ちょっと古いエレベーターで4階に上がります。店内はオフホワイトで統一されて窓も多く、静か。
それぞれのデザインは定額制(追加デザインOK)なので、施術中に次回のデザインやカラーを決めたりしてます。
仕事柄、清潔感のあるフレンチネイルやシンプルデザインが多いのでわたしの場合はお値段も3000円代〜と安価。
さらにプラス300円程度で指名制度もありますが、どのスタッフの方もお若く笑顔も明るくて話しやすいです。ネイルが初めての方に特にオススメしたいお店です。
完全web予約制ですが、ジェルの欠損などのトラブル発生時には電話で直接相談、最短で予約を入れてもらました。
わたしは普段やってませんが、まつ毛専用のお部屋もありいつも途切れずにお客さんがいますよ。
写真は年度・シーズンはバラバラですから、参考程度に。
