高	高山ともこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文後、全て手作りしてました。レンジでチンのお店が多い中、手際が良くて待たされる事もなく完璧でした。（折角の外食で厨房からレンジのチーンって音が聞こえると興醒めしてしまうんですよね。）ランチのお得感がスゴイです。一品一品とても美味しい。ラーメンは万人受けするクセのない醤油スープ。チャーシューも手抜きなし!娘の麻婆麺も少し貰いましたが、マイルドな餡が麺に絡んでこちらも美味しかった。辛いのが苦手な人でも大丈夫そうでした。16時までランチメニューが食べられるってすごくイイです! 高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華のカフェ？と思い初訪問。店内はお洒落なカフェバーの様な感じで、中華っぽくはないですね。土曜日でもランチやっていて、「3doraランチセット」をオーダー。ラーメン・チャーハンなどの黄金メニューを含む5品とデザート・ドリンク付き。エビが苦手なので、エビチリを餃子に変えてもらいました(^^;; ラーメンは昔ながらの中華そばの鰹出汁の醤油スープに、麺は今風の少し細目の縮れ麺。クセのないオーソドックスな美味しさです。チャーハンもパラパラの食感を味わえます。チャーハンを食べ、スープ代わりにラーメンのスープを飲む、中華の王道を行く食べ方ですね(^ ^) 餃子は手作りで、餡がたっぷりでモチモチして食べ応えがあります。この他にサラダ・唐揚げも楽しめて、ボリューム・品数とも大満足のランチでした(o^^o) デザートはカスタードアイスで、多分こちらも手作りかと思います。中華とは思えない店構えでしたが、なぜ「中華カフェバー」と言うのがよく分かるクオリティでした(´꒳`) 早くコロナが落ち着いて、夜も行きたいですな( ^ω^ ) Chinese cafe?
