★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くのホテルに宿泊したが朝食の営業がなかったのでグーグルマップで見つけたこちらへ訪問。
昔ながらの喫茶店と言った感じで、店内に入るとカウンターで常連さんらしき男性がコーヒーを飲みながら談笑中。
ママさん（と呼んだらいいのか）はそちらの相手をしつつもテキパキと動いてお冷を持って来てくれて、メニューを見て考える時間を作ってくれた上でこちらが決めたのを見計らったかのようにやってきて注文を取り、カウンターの中へ。
一人でやっているためか思っていたより時間はかかったけど、注文したカレーは朝は軽く済ませたい自分にはちょうど良い味とボリュームで、せっかくだから食後のコーヒーも飲みたいところだったけど同行者が食事だけで良いとのことだったので断念。
常連さんが帰ったところで「近所の人から頂いた」という蜜柑をデザートとして出してくれて、食べてみたらとても甘くておいしかった。
こういう「ちょっとしたサービス」が個人経営のお店ならではという感じで、居心地という点でもとても良かった。
メニューにはトーストやオムレツなどもあったので、また機会があったらぜひ行ってみたい。
I stayed at a nearby hotel, but breakfast wasn't open, so I found it on Google Maps and visited here.
It feels like an old-fashioned coffee shop, and when you enter the shop, a man who seems to be a regular at the counter is chatting over coffee.
Mama-san (should I call her) moved with me and brought me a cold while dealing with that person, and after giving me time to look at the menu and think about it, I decided on this. I came as if I had seen it, took an order, and went into the counter.
It took longer than I expected because I was doing it alone, but the curry I ordered had the right taste and volume for me who wanted to finish it lightly in the morning, so I wanted to drink coffee after meals, but my companion I gave up because it was said that only meals were enough.
When the regulars returned, they served mandarin oranges as a dessert, saying "I got it from a neighbor", and when I tried it, it was very sweet and delicious.
This kind of "little service" is unique to a privately run shop, and it was very comfortable.
There were toasts and omelets on the menu, so if you have another chance, I definitely want to go there.

カレーは本格派で美味しいです。
カウンター9席、4人がけテーブル2つです。
毎週日曜日定休、また毎水曜日は16時で閉まりますので注意です。

行った時は店長さん1人だったので、食事やドリンクが出てくるまでけっこう時間が掛かりましたが、食事は美味しかったです。
なので、時間に余裕がある時にオススメです。
It was a nostalgic Showa cafe atmosphere.
When I went there, there was only one store manager, so it took me a while to get food and drinks, but the food was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレーを食べたく、食べログで探して見つけたお店。大曲駅西口から歩いて直ぐの洋食屋「かたつむり」さん。大曲高校に通っていたのに、全く知りませんでした(;・∀・)
３階建ての建物の２階に有りますが、看板も小さく見逃す可能性ありますので、ご注意を(;^_^Aオーダーは、「オムレツカレー」を。こちらのカレー、スパイスからの手作りカレー。楽しみです(#^.^#)
見た目は、家庭でよく見る感じのカレー。一口食べてみると・・・スパイスが効いて美味しい！インドやスリランカのカレーの様に香辛料がきつくは無く、優しい辛さです。甘いのではなく、スパイスは感じられるけどマイルドな味わいです。
オムレツは、フワフワですがトロトロの一歩手前の硬さです。歯応えのある食感を味わえるよう、調整した焼き具合なんでしょう(^^♪ 自家製のトマトケチャップが付いてきますので、好みに応じてかけてくださいませ。
見た目はそれ程ボリュームありそうに見えませんが、オムレツもある事で結構お腹いっぱいになりました(*^^*) ご飯とオムレツの量に比べると、もう少しカレーの量が多いとちょうどいいかも！
トーストも自家製のパンを使っているようです。次回は、トーストのメニューから選んでみますね(*´з`)
I wanted to eat curry, so I searched for it in Tabelog and found it. A Western-style restaurant "Snail" just a short walk from the west exit of Omagari station. I attended Omagari High School, but I didn't know it at all (; ・ ∀ ・)
It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building, but please note that the signboard is small and you may miss it (; ^ _ ^ A order is "omelet curry". This curry, handmade curry from spices. I'm looking forward to it (# ^. ^ #)
It looks like curry that you often see at home. When I try to eat a bite ... the spices work and it's delicious! Unlike curry in India and Sri Lanka, the spices are not as strong as they are, and they are mildly spicy. It's not sweet, but spicy but mild.
The omelet is fluffy, but the hardness is just before Toro Toro. The roasting condition is adjusted so that you can enjoy the crunchy texture (^^ ♪ Homemade tomato ketchup is included, so please sprinkle it according to your taste.
It doesn't look so voluminous, but I'm quite full with the omelet (* ^^ *) Compared to the amount of rice and omelet, it might be just right to have a little more curry!
It seems that toast also uses homemade bread. Next time, I'll choose from the toast menu (* ´з`)
