D	Dyes2 6632so on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は丁寧で良い先生でした。受付の方もお年寄りに丁寧に説明をしていて親切でした。が、中のスタッフ(看護師さん)の対応が悪かったです。特に先生の診察室にいた看護師さんは、話し方が冷たく感じました。上から目線で話し、検診時の頭を押さえる手の力も強く不快でした。「頭を押さえますね。」の一言もなく、押し付けるようにされました。そもそも、動いていないのに頭を押さえる必要はないですし、そんなに強く押さえなくても良いんではないかと思いました。また、奥の方でスタッフのひそひそ話や笑い声が聞こえて非常に不快でした。以前はそのようなスタッフはいなかったと思います。是非ともスタッフ対応、マナーを改善して下さい。相手の立場になって考えてください。 The teacher was polite and a good teacher. A	AD AW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母の付き添いで年4回くらい行きます。先日、診察後に祖母が「頭を押さえてくれる女の人がいなくなって困る」と言っていました。受付の方にお話したら「次回からは後ろに付きますね」と言って頂き、祖母も安心していました。が、祖母の言う「女の人」は辞めてしまわれたようです。その方には何度も手を貸して頂き、目を見て話してくれる良い方だったとのこと。ありがとうございました。祖母は耳が遠く、声も（態度も）大きいため、他の医院ではしかめっ面される事が多かったのですが、ここの皆様は感じがとても良いです。これからもよろしくお願いします。 I go about 4 times a year with my grandmother.
