★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市外から引っ越してきて初めて訪れたんですが・・・対応がひどかったです（院長、職員ともに）。
常に上から目線で無愛想で、最初は茫然としてしまいました。個人差はあるかも知れませんが、私は二度と行くことはないですね。
 I visited for the first time after moving out of the city, but the response was terrible (both director and staff).
Always unfriendly from the top, I was stunned at first. There may be individual differences, but I will never go again.

先生事態、人の不幸を喜ぶ方なので絶対行かないで下さい、行くだけ無駄です。
This doctor is the worst and worst quack doctor. Neither the receptionist nor the employees are friendly and unmotivated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトレンズの装用練習で手間取っていると、あからさまに看護師の方が苛々しているのが伝わりとても不愉快でした。あまり良い雰囲気の病院ではなかったです。
It was very unpleasant that the nurses were overwhelming when I was taking the time to practice wearing contact lenses. It wasn't a very good hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良くも悪くも独特の雰囲気の眼科だと思います。
先生は丁寧に説明もしてくれるし、話も面白い。
スタッフの態度も他のレビューにあるような感じではなかったですが、そこはそれぞれの感じ方なのかなと思います。
音楽が流れていますが、眠くなる（笑）
診察は余裕を持って行かないと、結構時間がかかります。そこだけ注意してください。
I think that it is an ophthalmologist with a unique atmosphere that is good or bad.
The teacher explains politely and the story is also interesting.
The attitude of the staff was not like feeling in other reviews, but I think whether there is a feeling for each.
Music is flowing, but it makes me sleepy (lol)
If you do not go to the doctor with enough room, it will take quite a while. Please be careful only there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間が長すぎる。効率的でないし、主治医の診察時間で無駄話が多過ぎて周りのことを一切考えれていない。
いい年になって周りの都合にも合わせることができないなんて、態度が知れる。
見てもらっている身ではあるが、あちらも商売しているのであって、混んでいる時はもう少し無駄話を減らすなどの工夫が見られない。
アホすぎる。知識はあっても教養はないのが現実。これを指摘できない職員も頭がおかしい。
The waiting time is too long. It's not efficient, and I don't think about my surroundings at all because of too much talk during my doctor's consultation time.
I know the attitude that I can't keep up with the circumstances around me in a good age.
Although they are being watched, they are also doing business there, so when it is crowded, there is no idea to reduce unnecessary talk.
Too stupid. The reality is that there is knowledge but no education. The staff who cannot point this out is also crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中学3年の息子の診察のため、初めて行かせていただきました。
診察もさる事ながら、息子のために進路アドバイスや生活態度の改善点、生き方指南までしていただき、感動しました。
最近では学校でも当たり障りのない指導や、クレームを入れたがる保護者にまみれ、なかなかあそこまでの指導をしてくれる大人なんて周りには見かけなくなりました。
息子自身も、院長先生の言葉が刺さりまくったらしく、帰宅してからも先生に言われたことを復唱しながら、楽しく談笑しています。
子供に真剣に向き合うと思春期であろうがなんだろうがきちんと響くものなのだと思いました。
良い先生と出会えました。お値段以上の診察でした。
2階の塾に通っているので、これからもトレーニングに通わせていただきたいと思っています。

I was able to meet a good teacher. It was a medical examination more than the price.
As I go to the second floor, I would like to continue training.

患者に聞こえる所で「こんなギリギリに来て…」など、小声で悪口を言っているが本人に丸聞こえ。
物凄く待たされる。
先生はよく言えば丁寧に対応はしてくれるが、スタッフが台無しにしている。
よくもまあここまで嫌な態度取れるなという感じ。
メルスプラン対応の眼科が京都北部ではここだけなので、仕方無く通っているが、本当は変えたくて仕方がない…

皆様のおっしゃる通り、看護師さんのひそひそ話が気になります…ですが、従順（？）に敬語を使って話をしていたら楽しくお話はさせてくれます。アドバイスとかも頂けました。サービスとしてはどうなの？となる方もおられると思いますが、私は気にしないしアドバイスも貰える時は貰えるので星3です。
またよろしくお願いします。
