平日に行きましたが、駐車料金、エレベーター等、すべて無料。
食事をするところもあります。

エレベーター内ではちょっとした案内がアナウンスされます。
晴れていれば、とても気持ちのよい眺めが楽しめます。
赤城山方面も良いです。
トイレからは、浅間山方面が見れます。
イスも設置されているので、ちょっとした休憩にも良さそう。
県庁では一番高い建物ですからね。。
