★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年、春に引っ越し時に取り付けの時に取り外しが悪くこちらで不良箇所発覚して修理。後日設置してもらった。2回目の設置に来た作業者が本体と室外機をホースを接続する部分が仮止めの状態でした。よってガスが徐々に漏れて今シーズン冷房が使用出来なかった。数回しか使用していなかったので気がつきにくかった。家電店の10年保証でメーカーからガス補充で治った。メーカーいわく初歩的なミス。点検記録簿をチェックするなど対策がなされていない。私は命に関わる業界でそんな初歩的なミスは考えられない。あえて名前は書かないがユーザーは困っていることを忘れるな！忙しいのは分かるがやっつけ仕事は仕事ではない！業界は違うがきっちりした仕事を。そこにお金が発生している。
Last year, when I moved in the spring, it was difficult to remove when installing, and I found a defective part here and repaired it. I had it installed at a later date. The part where the worker who came to the second installation connects the main body and the outdoor unit with the hose was temporarily fixed. Therefore, the gas gradually leaked and the air conditioner could not be used this season. It was hard to notice because I used it only a few times. It was cured by replenishing gas from the manufacturer with a 10-year warranty at a consumer electronics store. A rudimentary mistake that the manufacturer says. No measures have been taken, such as checking the inspection record book. I can't think of such a rudimentary mistake in a life-threatening industry. I don't dare write the name, but don't forget that users are in trouble! I know I'm busy, but defeating work is not work! Do a decent job in a different industry. Money is generated there.
