On May 11, 1999 the population of Sendai city increased by 1 million. This post in front of the main government building of the town hall was erected to commemorate it. As a memorial service, along with various wordings, lists of reliefs of Date Masamune on the horse are listed. The name as a poster is usually in front of Sendai town hall. There is no change in stamps.
