★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在では取り壊しが進んで昔の面影は殆どありませんが、かつてたくさんの建物が並んでいた高砂団地に隣接している玩具と駄菓子を売っているお店です。たまたま通りがかって、お店の前に子ども達が数人お菓子を食べているのを見て気になったので入ってみました。
店頭にも商品が置いてあり、狭い店内には所狭しと駄菓子や昔の懐かしい玩具が並んでいます。店の奥の方にはたくさんのプラモデルも売っていて、まるで昭和の風情がそのまんま残されている感じでした。
経営されているのは高齢のご夫婦と思われる方で、店番の男性に駄菓子の会計を済ませてから、店頭付近にある玩具が欲しいと申し出ると、奥に居る女性を呼んで商品を取ってくれました。
とても話し好きそうな方で、駄菓子をオマケに頂きました。
殆どのお菓子には一つ一つ丁寧に値札シールが貼られていますし、駄菓子を包装している紙袋はチラシを糊付けして作った袋で、最近はこういう袋で渡してくれるお店はなかなか見かけないと思います。
今やオモチャを買う時はショッピングモールやネットが多い中、このような個人経営のお店はとても貴重な存在だと思いますので、いつまでも営業を続けて欲しいと思いました。
尚、売られている玩具の中には大変懐かしい物も多く、商品の中でかなりの比率を占めるプラモデルも同様に懐かしい感じがしましたから、私には価値が判りませんが、もしかしたら掘り出し物や思わぬデッドストックが眠っているのかもしれません。
