接客レベルが低い店、人数が少なすぎて回っていないお店、料理のクオリティが格別に低い店と実に様々。
競合との戦いや価格戦争で薄利になっているので、一番コストの高い人件費を削るしかなく、それが現状のガストクオリティを招いている。
しかし、どこの業界も同じこと。
２:６:２の法則だ。
同じチェーン店でも２割は非常に評価が高く売上も上がっている。
６割は売上も評価も普通。
そして２割が評価も売上も悪い。
よってこの下の２割は放置。
大抵のチェーン店はこういう構図が成り立っている。
ちなみにここは普通だろう。
個人のお店でもたった１店舗、または数店舗しかないのにこんなお店も良くみかけます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々夜の早い時間に来店します。混んでいて店員サン達も少ないから多少待つ事もあるけど若い男の店員サン達がキビキビしていて接近態度が良いので苦になりません。他のガストより料理の盛付けも綺麗な気がします。お客サンの層は日によってバラバラですが賑やかな時も多いですがファミレスなので気になりません。
