★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検にだして2週間ほどで故障する箇所が出ました。適当に検査したのか、たまたまなのか・・・接客自体はよかったのに、技術サービスがあまり良くなかったみたいで残念です。
I found out that there was a breakdown in about two weeks after the car inspection. Was it properly inspected or happened? It was a shame because the customer service was good but the technical service was not very good.

接客態度も良いし、丁寧に早くやって頂きました。
お店を出ていく際も、見えなくなるまで見送りしてくれ、車が出れない時も、店員さんが来る車を停めて誘導してくれたりして素晴らしいお店です。

分からないのにわかってるフリして返答してくるので後から何回も電話くるし、ミスが多すぎる。
今後ダイハツで購入することはありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段の点検は親切丁寧で良いですよ、新車を買おうかと「契約書持ってきて〜」と言ったら「ご都合の良い日に御来店下さい。」との回答、買うのやめました。
