「隣人はそんなことするような人じゃない、あなたの喋り方どうにかなりませんか？」とか言われたり、
退去する時には、予約もして当日電話で連絡もいれたのに、鍵を渡すのに5時間も空っぽの部屋で待たされました。
星なんてつけたくないし、今までの中で最悪の不動産でした。

When I moved out, I made a reservation and was contacted by phone on the day, but I waited in an empty room for 5 hours to give me the key.
I didn't want to get a star and it was the worst real estate ever.

こちらの事情を汲み取ってくれない、または汲み取ったと思いきや裏でごちゃごちゃ陰口を言っている、といったとんでもない会社。
よく会社として成り立っているなと思います。
あまりに酷い場合は通話を録音して行政や消費者センターなどに証拠として提出した方が良いでしょう。
気をつけてくださいね。
もう二度とここの管理会社の契約は結ばないと思うし、自分の周りにも勧めないようにしようと思える管理会社です。
そんな管理会社でもよければ選んでみては。

A ridiculous company that doesn't understand this situation, or thinks it's taken out and makes a mess behind the scenes.
I think it is well established as a company.
If it's too bad, it's a good idea to record the call and submit it to the government or consumer center as evidence.
Please be careful.
I don't think I'll ever sign a contract with the management company here again, and I'm a management company that I'm trying not to recommend to anyone around me.
