『水善し、米善し、人も善し』がここの酒に現れている。
純米吟醸など高価な酒は言わずもがな、普段呑みの廉価グレードの酒が何より充分に旨い！
Very small sake brewery. Besides the president of the previous generation, Tsuyoshi Mr. san 's salesman clerk are all warm people.
"Water good, rice good, people are also good" appears in the sake here.
Expensive liquor, such as pure rice ginju, is quite satisfactory, and the cheap grade sake that I usually drink is delicious enough than anything else!

純米酒は華やかでありながら、後味がスッキリと消えてしまう。日本酒の楽しみもしっかりと備えながら、料理を邪魔しない。正に名脇役！
白身魚などじっくりと味わいたい時は、華やかすぎる酒は邪魔だし、雑味の多い酒でもダメ。そういう考えの方は是非飲んで貰いたいですねぇ。

Although pure rice sake is gorgeous, the aftertaste disappears clearly. While enjoying the enjoyment of sake, it does not interfere with cooking. Just a supporting role!
When you want to taste white fish and so on, too gorgeous sake is a hindrance. If you are thinking like that, I'd love to have a drink.
