★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人利用です。BUFFALOの外付けHDD（HD-CB2.0TU2）のアクセスが出来なくなり、サルベージを依頼。近くの代理店に持ち込みし、後日修理工場から連絡が来る形にしました。対応はわかりやすく親切で、今回は一度他社で分解解析したものでしたが、無事に復旧しこちらが購入した代替HDDへのコピーまで出来ました。
It is personal use. BUFFALO's external HDD (HD-CB 2.0 TU 2) can not be accessed and asked salvage. We brought it to a nearby agency, and in a form to be contacted from the repair shop at a later date. The correspondence was easy to understand and kind, this time it was one that was disassembled and analyzed by another company, but it was able to recover safely and copy it to the alternative HDD purchased here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電圧を間違えた電源コネクタを外付けHDDにさしてしまい、内蔵のHDDの電源回路まで壊してしまいましたが、データは救出でき、非常に助かりました。
秋葉原まで送っての救出になりましたが、対応もタイムリーで非常に良かったです。
価格で断念しようかと思い、決断まで悩みました。半額以下だとデータの重要度次第では、悩まず即決でお願いてきたかもしれません。
