★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、あるイベントでご一緒してからのお知り合いだったのですが、PCにお詳しいとのことで、この度、使っていたPCが古く使いづらくなったため、新しいPCの購入をご相談しました。すぐに私の要望を聞いてPCを注文して、面倒な初期設定もすべて行ってくださいました。
自宅のWi-Fiの調子も悪く、すぐに落ちる、2階まで届かない、など不具合を感じていたのですが、出張で来てもらって原因はルーターが弱すぎることだと判明。我が家の使用状況に合ったルーターを選んで、そちらの設定も行ってもらいました。
とても気さくな方で何でも相談しやすく、色々と相談に乗ってもらいました。それにも関わらず、大変良心的な価格で、大満足でした(*^^*)
これからは、気軽に相談できるところができたので安心です！
