少し費用は高かったですが、その後の保存方法やなんでもない質問にも乗っていただけたため、店頭で見ていただいてよかったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他社では復旧できなくても料金がかかるものが多かったのに対し、こちらでは復旧できるか確認し大まかなデータを提示してもらってから正式に依頼ができるため安心して利用できました。郵送、メール、電話で対応してもらえて、復旧データの受け取りの際もHDDを貸し出してくれるので手間もかかりませんでした。急ぎの依頼はしなかったのですが、対応が遅いと感じることはありませんでした。
こちらが連絡を忘れていたこともあるのですが、送ったものがちゃんと届いているか心配なので、すぐにメールで受け取りの連絡をいただけたらなお良かったと思います。電話やメールで問い合わせたらすぐに確認はしてくれました。
