Only one cross trainer. There are all standard training machines for each part, and the monthly membership fee of less than 4,000 yen is conscientious near the station. Convenient to use while wearing outside. There are changing rooms and toilets. No shower room.
緒	緒方貴志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベンチプレス、スミスマシン、シャワーがない分、安価に設定されている。コロナ対策も他のジムと同レベル。ダンベルは10kgまで。MATRIXのマシンで、チェストプレスの角度を変えて、ショルダープレスになる等、一台二役の機種が中心である。深夜帯に行くと空いているので助かる。シャワーはないが、裏手に「良の湯」という銭湯がある。 It is cheap because there is no bench press, Smith machine, or shower. Corona measures are at the same level as other gyms. Dumbbells up to 10 kg. Most of the MATRIX machines are dual-role models, such as changing the angle of the chest press to become a shoulder press. It is helpful to go to midnight because it is vacant. There is no shower, but there is a public bath called "Ryoyu" in the back.
