オアゾに比べると上って所ですね。
スタッフも知識は低いですが、それはエニタイムやオアゾも一緒。
イントラの資格持ってるスタッフも１人います。

まあ一般的な２４時間ジムですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間空いているので、仕事が遅く終わったとか、休日の朝に体を動かしたいとかで、シューズだけもってフラッといけるのが強みです。
マシンの台数は少ないですが、(平日の夜間と休日の昼間にメインで使っている分には)今のところは満員で使えないという事態には遭遇したことは無いです。
中に自販機が1台ありますが、少し高めなので注意。薬局とかスーパーで買って持っていくことをオススメします。

フリーウェイトエリアがやや狭めですが一人あたりの利用時間制限が

客層も非常に良いカンジです。
個人的にはあとはレッグカールとスミスマシンにカーフレイズ台があれば完璧ですね
