と	とーらとーら（しげぴい） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サブのジムとして利用しています。おしゃれで洗練された空間に、必要最低限のマシンがそろっていて、ワークアウトの気分を高めるようなBGMが流れていますちなみにスミスマシンとパワーラックはボードに記名する予約制です。フリーウェイトをメインで使用していますが、パワーラックのベンチが完全フラットではなく分割式なので、継ぎ目が邪魔をしてベンチプレスがしづらいです。ぜひフラットベンチを置いてもらいたいです。先日、EZバーが導入されたのでありがたい。 I use it as a sub gym. 堀	堀江智史（horiesatoshi） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このジムのオープンの際から会員になっておりました。仙台の中心部からも近く、車でくる際も駐車場が近くにあるのでとても便利な立地でした。このごろは提携駐車場もできたようで、二時間の駐車場料金がサービスされるようになりました。ジムの設備はルームランナー、ルームバイクを中心に、腹筋、背筋、肩、スクワットのマシーンが各一台ずつ用意されています。ヨガマットやストレッチボールで身体をほぐすスペースもあります。自分は使いませんでしたが、バーベルなども豊富な重量の重りが用意されています。更衣室にはシャワールームが二カ所あり、電車で通っている際にも汗を流せるので良かったです。このジムは24時間好きなときに運動できるので、夜にしか通えない人などにはとてもオススメです。スタッフの方は常駐している時間が限られていますし、運動メニューを作るなどのサービスはないので、自分でメニューを決める必要はあります。 I became a member since the opening of this gym. 当	当方腐敗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男の常駐スタッフが最悪。客に対する態度をしっかり教育されているゴールドの方がオススメ。コナミ系列は薄給バイトが安かろう悪かろう。 The male resident staff is the worst. Gold is recommended because it is well educated about the attitude toward customers. The Konami series may be cheap or bad for a low-paying part-time job.
B	Brandon Virgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small gym with surprisingly more dumbbells than most bigger gyms. If you're looking for a small gym that is open 24hrs around the Tsutsujigaoka area then this is your best bet.
