幸	幸三古谷 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪業者。店舗用什器類の買取、処分の問い合わせに電話するも、買取可能か否か、対応エリアか否かの問い合わせ内容に折り返し連絡しますしか言わずに、折り返し...と言っておきながら、電話番号すら尋ねて来ずに電話をガチャ切りされました。仕事する気が無いならさっさと辞めて欲しい。 Worst trader. マ	マーク0304 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話、メールでのやり取りの際にベッドや加湿器、掃除機、電子レンジなどの小さい家具や家電製品も買い取りますと連絡が来たにもかかわらず当日来ていきなり冷蔵庫と洗濯機、テレビのみの買取になりますといまれました。仕方が無いので洗濯機、テレビ、冷蔵庫を買い取ってもらいましたが全て2019年式の物でほぼ使っていない状態でした。にもかかわらず合計で9万円でした。その後、他の業者(1社)に問い合わせをしたところ冷蔵庫と洗濯機はそれぞれ8～9万円すると言われ絶句しました。(購入金額：冷蔵庫27万円・洗濯機24万円)最初の業者の言い分は「3月は繁忙期で冷蔵庫や洗濯機が1つの支店だけでも1000台以上来るから安くなってしまうんです。」という話でした。値段に関しては仕方がないかもしれませんがそれよりも、持ち出す際に傷の防止シートを貼って対策すると思ったら対策もせずに持ち出しをして階段をえぐっていきました。そのことについては向こうからは何も連絡がなくこちらから電話をして事実確認をする羽目になりました。そして、普通であれば同意書など書類をまくはずなのにそれもなくただ現金だけ手渡して去っていきました。本当に最悪な業者でした。 Even though I was informed that I would buy small furniture such as beds, humidifiers, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, and home appliances when exchanging by phone or email, I came on the day and suddenly only the refrigerator, washing machine, and TV. It was a story. It may be unavoidable about the price, but rather than that, when I thought that I would put a scratch prevention sheet on it when I took it out, I took it out without taking any measures and went through the stairs. There was no contact from the other side about that, and I had to call from here to confirm the facts. Then, although I would normally have to sprinkle documents such as a consent form, I just handed over cash and left. It was a really worst trader.
