★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間使えると聞いて夜から夜中にかけて友達と少しドライブしようと行ったのですが、機械トラブルで車の鍵を受け取れずサポートセンターに連絡しました。なかなか繋がらず、また解決するまでに30分以上もかかりました。結局、遠隔操作で空けてもらいましたが、ドラレコの調子も悪く、ずっと機械音が流れていて快適に過ごすことができませんでした。
24レンタカーのスタッフさんがこのサイトを見ているようで、これからも利用したいと思っているので、私が経験したことはとても珍しいことだとは思いますが、ここで報告させていただきました。これからのサービス向上に向けていただきたく書かせていただきました。

When I heard that it could be used 24 hours a day, I tried to drive a little with my friends from night to midnight, but I couldn't receive the car key due to mechanical trouble and contacted the support center. It was difficult to connect, and it took more than 30 minutes to resolve it. In the end, I was asked to open it by remote control, but the dash cam wasn't working well, and the mechanical noise was flowing all the time, so I couldn't spend it comfortably.
24 Rent-a-car staff seems to be looking at this site and would like to continue using it, so I think it's very unusual for me to experience it, but I've reported it here. I would like to write about improving the service in the future.
