n	naoyuki suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間のレンタカーで手配しました。車両は綺麗でしたし、問題は無かったのですが…。受け付け対応の男性の方に、嫌な思いをしました。いつも、予定より多めに時間を見て予約しています。翌日の閉店時間前に返却設定で予約したのですが、返却予定時間を見て、この時間ですか？もう少し早くならないんですか？と嫌そうな表情をしていました。少し多めに時間を取ってますので、あくまでも、予定ですと説明しましたが、すごく嫌な気持ちになりました。返却予定より、4時間早く返却しました。他のトヨタレンタカーさんでは、差額金の返却がありましたが、こちらでは、何も言わず、そのまま終わりました。お金も大事ですが、終始、嫌な思いをしたレンタカー屋さんでしたので、とても残念です。返却時に、迎えてくれた、人生の大先輩と思われる男性の方が、笑顔で迎えてくれたのは、とても嬉しかったです！ですが、こちらのレンタカー屋さんでは、今後、お借りすることはありません。 Arranged with a 24-hour rental car.
