P	Photocleater Papabaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネットオークションでパソコンを購入しました。起動してしばらくすると、ブルーバックの画面が出て、使えない状況になりました。以前、MacBook Proのモニターが壊れ、部品交換していただいた事もあり、早速電話をしました。電話で状況をお伝えし、自分で復旧出来るか試しましたが、やはりダメ。デスクトップ型のWindowsの機種ですが、ネットで買った自作機の為、ソフト・ハードの両面から調べていただきました。結果、 ①マザーボードのメモリーソケットの不良 ②起動ドライブの振分けのミス ③古いCPUの為、Windows11からWindows10にダウングレード（更新作業含む）などなど。費用は、消費税込¥13,200でした。お店に12:00に持込、17:30には復旧。とても親切に素早く対応していただき、助かりました。インターネットオークションで購入しましたので、クレーム対応も考えましたが、仕事で早く使いたかったので、仕方ないと思いました。大阪南の日本橋のパソコンショップに持込みする事を考えると、自宅近くにこの様なショップがあるのは心強いです。余談ですが、マウスコンピューターの正規修理店でもあります。パソコンでトラブルありましたら、ぜひ利用されて下さい。 I bought a computer at an internet auction.
